Work Orders

Service calls placed before three pm will be placed on the following days Service Board. Service calls placed after three pm will be placed on the day after. Service calls are on a first come first serve basis with priority given to emergency and refrigeration calls. If you do not have a valid charge account in good standing you can either place a service call by phone and charge it to your credit card or you can come in and place a deposit of $150.00 in person. Taylor Industries will not accept C.O.D service calls. Please note that traveling time from the shop to the customer and back is also included in the time that the servicemen charge on the work orders.
